Derek - just want to make sure you saw our answer - its a DK weight, def not string - if you know what DK weight is, its lighter than a worsted, but heavier than a Lace!

I am elated!! I finally got my yarn and it is EXACTLY what I ordered. The good about Fab Yarns: The colors are a perfect match to the ones in the pictures on this website. (Though a little different from the manufacturer's website- Artyarns) The online chat is very helpful. I had panicked when I didn't get any shipping details even 5 days after ordering. But Ida was very patient in answering all the questions. I got all the shipping data as soon as the order was processed. The prices are fantastic! I am just so happy with the service.

How does the thickness of this compare to something like red heart? Is it super thin like string or much thicker?

does this yarn stretch out a lot after it's knit up? I made a scarf years ago w a bamboo yarn(I don't remember if it was 100% bamboo or a blend) and it stretched to twice the length and half the width the first time I wore it.
